Kavita studied Journalism at Southampton Institute and has freelanced for many years but always continued with freestyle poetry and prose and is currently delving into the world of fiction.

With a background in events planning, she currently works for a renowned NHS Trust where she is passionate about mental health.

She has recently published her first poetry collection, Moon Between Two Stars, which is available at online retailers including Waterstones, Foyles and Barnes & Noble.
